| Germane Systems Attains ISO 9001:2008 Certification Chantilly, VA, February 25, 2010– Germane Systems has achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The Certificate was awarded by Quality Systems Registrars, Inc. (QSR), the first U.S. Accredited Registrar. Through a series of internal and external audits, Germane Systems’ business management system has been certified to be compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The standard is maintained by the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. Certification to an ISO 9001 standard demonstrates a high effectiveness of business processes, continual improvement of the quality system and customer satisfaction with provided services. Germane will continue to have external audits performed every six months by QSR, to ensure that all business processes are consistently monitored and continually improved.

Germane wins competitive bid for Team Submarine Program

| This award includes a number of storage devices specified by LM that will be engineered and built by Germane. The storage portion of the business was won by Germane in an open competition. These Storage Products will be built and delivered in accord with Team Sub consortium members' requirements over the next 3-4 years and will approximate $5M in revenue.
